The place has a quiet vibe and tidy rooms. Amazingly nice and superbly friendly staff, they smile all the time.- Good and magnificent location for visiting Almeria, it's a short walk to many tapas bars and downtown Almeria.- Love eating outside, and there's Taberna Nuestra Tierra, set not too far from the hotel.

The venue is set in a central location, within a short walk to attractions, public parking, bars, restaurants. I enjoyed some drinks at the nearby Restaurant Bar Bahia de Palma, just a 5-minute walk away.

Very lovely stay except for one spoiled night. Pet-friendly hotel in a communal lounge area near the historic area, and the cities main attractions and eating places. Very comfy bed in the single room, plus central heating, a multi-channel television and a writing desk.

I liked that they gave me a big bottle of water as a welcome gift, so I could hydrate myself during the night. I was impressed by the fact that the room had a refrigerator to store my drinks and food and to keep them cool. Plus, parking lot was great, for 10 euros a. 24 H., regardless of whether you checked out before. Without a doubt. an irresistible offer, since it is the cheapest thing with great advantages that. I have found in all the city. bathroom was bigger than I thought, recently reformed: an extra point. it had a heat pump that was grateful for the cold in the street to heat the whole room. bed was very comfortable and spacious, wardrobes were in very good condition. 10 to the staff, attentive and kind at all times. The. buffet was apart, it cost me 5 euros, it was worth it, for comfort and above all for the quantity and quality of the products. It was a free buffet. the. perfect location, right in the centre, just in front of the Refugios and 5 minutes from the Cathedral and Alcazaba.
There really wasn't anything that upset me, quite the contrary.

The kindness and disposition of the receptionists, the situation of the complex, the cleanliness, the room is reformed (it corresponds exactly with the picture of the room with double bed nº 108), it was necessary to give the key each exit and we did not feel uncomfortable when asking for them because they were very attentive and always offered them to us before asking for them. The room was big enough, the water pressure in the shower exceptional. . They offered us parking from the town hall which they have arranged for 12 euros a day, it is very close because there is no place to park, they arrange it in the same hotel. Without a doubt, the reception staff brings an added value to the complex and must be taken care of and preserved for their professionalism.
The noise from the reception door at night is very disturbing. The breakfast has very little variety, it has no natural juice, the fruit is cut, chopped and peeled (I don't like it particularly, I prefer to choose it myself), without information about allergens, we didn't have it contracted but we had breakfast for 12 euros, just one day because we don't repeat, very expensive for what is offered. The lack of civility of some customers who did not show any respect for the rest of the guests causing discomfort with screams and blows on Sunday night, they were heard until 2:00. . Nothing that would cloud the good concept we have of this hotel.

Well, I begin by saying that the location is practically unbeatable, it is in the centre, 30 metres from the entrance to the Civil War Refuges, Paseo de Almería, near the Town Hall and Cathedral. Parking has an agreement with one that is about 300 meters walking. staff has a very pleasant treatment with people, they give you a detail that is always grateful, large bottle of water and they keep your bags in storage in case you arrive before or at checkout in case you stay in the city later.
I didn't like that the room was so small, the bed was only accessible from one side, because on the other side was the wall, the pillow was not very soft, it seemed that you were resting your head on the bed. Also pointing out the noises, the ones from the pedestrian street were heard because the acoustic-thermal isolation is terrible, in fact the bathroom window did not close well; and the ones from the interior were heard until the temperature selection beep of the A/C of the neighbor's room, and not to mention other things... By the way, there was no way to control the A/C, it would turn itself off after a while, no matter what the program was.

Well, hall promises more than the rest, is more renovated and cafeteria too. breakfast was good and staff treatment very good too. To go downtown, great location.
I don't know if it was because we had a quadruple room with 4 single beds, which is not the most usual, and I don't know if it was in all the rooms because from the web it was appreciated in a different way. But our room was not very comfortable. The sheets were clean but you could see the plastic mattress cover too much and in general it lacked comfort. I also didn't like that being 2 adults and a child in a quadruple room we had to pay for breakfast for 4 people. It could have been arranged somehow, although we didn't care because we already knew it was like that. But it didn't leave a very good impression.

The truth is, the hotel exceeded our expectations. There were four of us in a quadruple room and we were not at all short of space, quite the contrary. . It feels like the hotel is being renovated or has just been renovated, the truth is that the change is positive. . It is also worth mentioning the kindness of the receptionist in the afternoon, who checked in for us and with whom we coincided the most. The hotel has in front of it two parking spaces to unload and load suitcases, then the parking is 2 minutes walk away. It is shared, since it is a public parking with which they must have an agreement, but the truth is that it is appreciated since parking in the area without parking would be an adventure.
The truth is, I can't find anything negative. Perhaps commenting that keys are not cards, but keys of a lifetime, with its advantages and disadvantages. I emphasize that it is nothing negative, mostly curious.

Hotel very central and with a parking arranged a few meters away and at a good price. The staff is totally pleasant and in our case (my wife and children) provided us with all kinds of help to visit the city, buy tickets, etc. The room is large, comfortable, clean, perfect bathroom, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in the room. The whole hotel looks like it has just been renovated. The breakfast buffet is spacious and of great quality. I had great expectations about this hotel and it has exceeded them by far. The best? The two women at the front desk who have served us for two days, who are incredibly friendly, nice and very knowledgeable about their work . Apart from everything else, the centrality of the hotel is also something to highlight. Being in a very quiet area of the city, it is only a short walk to the port, bars and restaurants and all kinds of shops. For example, the Alcazaba is only 5-10 minutes away on foot. I will certainly repeat this when I return to Almeria
I tend to be very demanding in hotels and so on, but there is nothing to report in this section.

Central locality, easy access to local shops. Friendly helpful staff.
Shockingly poor breakfast included, parking cost 17 euros per day.
